These maps show the location of Robert Garrad's original 300 acre property at Ulladulla in the parish of St Vincent for 75 Pounds in 1838, It is believed that he may have been farming this property as early as 1830. Note the original purchase was registered to Robert Garrett. Robert had this title corrected in 1864 to be registered to Robert Garrad. By the time of his death in 1871, Robert had purchased neighbouring properties bringing his total holdings to around 1200 acres.
